I try to read every email sent to me, but sometimes it takes me a while to reply. I receive a *lot* of email. When I get a message and I'm near my computer I divide them into two categories; questions I can answer quickly right away and questions that will take a bit more time. Questions that take more time can take a few days or more to reply to. The easiest way to ensure a quick response is to be concise. If you asked me a question not relating to an order, please don't resend it multiple times if it's only been a day or so without a reply.
