Ordering questions

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. I ship all US orders from Florida via USPS either First-Class or Priority Mail. Most orders should arrive within a week.

I ship all International orders via Airmail. Most arrive within a week to two weeks depending upon mysterious circumstance I have yet to figure out.

I send virtually everything in the US and Canada for free. On certain International orders I add a small charge but give them the same discount I give US and Canadian orders.

Since I pay for shipping on most items I don't include this. If something won't ship right away for some reason I'll send you an email notification. If you need tracking for a specific purpose I can make that available for an extra charge.

My preferred method is PayPal. They allow you to use all major credit cards securely.

Download instructions are sent from PayLoadz.com as soon as the PayPal transaction is completed. This usually happens in under five minutes. If you did a transaction that's payment pending, send me an email. Those transactions aren't fulfilled until they clear.

PayPal will send you a confirmation email. This is your receipt and invoice. Because most items ship out right away I don't send out multiple tracking and confirmation email messages.

On large orders I'll include a printed invoice with your order.
